FFSC launched the Employee Handbook and shared the TAJ Portal's Employer interface during the 6th Annual General Meeting which was held on 24th September 2021.

I. Launch of Website: TAJ Portal Employer Interface

FFSC shared the first look at the Training – Apprenticeship – Jobs or TAJ Portal, which is an integral part of the new website of FFSC.

The key features of the employer login section were explained to the members, and the concept of how the portal will support aggregation of the Industry's demand for a skilled workforce.

II. Release of Employee Handbook

The employee handbook of FFSC was released, which was developed after multiple rounds of interaction with the team and the support of the H.R. & Career Management Sub - Committee and the H.R. Consultant.

The Handbook is built from an intent to all 'Lead by Example' in formalizing & organizing the sectors. FFSC looks forward to counselling & guide the industry partners who are interested in realigning their organizational structure.
