Furniture & Fittings Skill Council (FFSC) is a Not-for-Profit organization, registered under societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The Council has been promoted by CII with financial support from the NSDC, under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
With the motto of 'collaborate, contribute and be more competitive' FFSC has been instrumental in bringing the fragmented interiors and furniture players together on a common platform and represent the sector as an Industry at national level.

On its 6th Anniversary, FFSC launched the Mission 2025 – where FFSC aims to skill, reskill and upskill 5,00,000 aspirants by the FFSC's 10th Anniversary.
By 2025-26, FFSC aims to map the industry’s existing workforce and build a robust skilling mechanism to aspire and train fresh entrants for Apprenticeship, Jobs and Entrepreneurship opportunities.
To achieve this, FFSC will be creating the Furniture Regional Skill Chapters (FRSC) and in various parts of the country, which will have multi-level Skill Academies supported by the state–of–art FFSC Skill Pavilion.
